Our starter poles, the ESSX Launch, have helped beginner pole vaulters understand the mechanics of bending a pole at a much earlier stage in their learning phase.

We – the founders of ESSX Europe – learned to bend a pole after one year of training, however, now with much higher quality and reliable vaulting poles, athletes can accelerate their learning curve and learn to bend poles almost straight away. This brings much more fun into the process of learning how to pole vault. The right equipment will help the athlete achieve results quicker and in the end will retain much more athletes in our beautiful sport

Glassfiber starter package

ESSX Launch poles have a smooth progression from bottom to top. Athletes will notice lighter carry weight, a smaller diameter, and an easier roll to vertical.

The Launch poles are 100% fiberglass. Young athletes 8-12 years who will be enabled to bend the pole sooner rather than later.

The package consists of 5 launch poles:

2m75 – 41 Kg (95 LBS)
2m75 – 43 Kg (100 LBS)
3m05 – 43 Kg (100 LBS)
3m05 – 46 Kg (105 LBS)
3m05 – 48 Kg (110 LBS)
