How do you learn pole vault? Our starter poles, the ESSX Launch, have helped beginner pole vaulters understand the mechanics of bending a pole at a much earlier stage in their learning phase.
We – the founders of ESSX Europe – learned to bend a pole after one year of training, however, now with much higher quality and reliable vaulting poles, athletes can accelerate their learning curve and help athletes with thier quest: “how do you learn pole vault”. More important: learn to bend poles almost straight away. This brings much more fun into the process of learning how to pole vault.
